Yeomttaeng-style Tteokbokki 1-Step Cooking Method

  1. 550ml water (3 and 1/3 paper cups based on paper cup size), 1 stage powder 110g (20cc measuring spoon, 8.5 spoons), 300g rice cake (2.5 paper cups), 80g fish cake, 5 Vienna sausages

    Put into a pot and boil.

  2. Once boiling starts, reduce to medium heat and boil for 4 minutes.

  3. 30g cabbage (press firmly in 1 paper cup), 15g green onion (half a paper cup)

    Add and reduce to low heat, boil for 4 minutes.

  4. Add mozzarella cheese at the end of cooking and it’s done.
