POINT 1
Silicone Cooling Handle
Due to the characteristics of the 316 stainless steel pot,
it has an exceptionally high thermal conductivity,
which can make the handle extremely hot.
There can be cases where this happens.
[Image: Close-up of a metallic pot handle, showing a sturdy and smooth rectangular shape, attached firmly to the stainless steel body of the pot.]
Chefwin's 316 stainless pot is equipped with
a silicone cooling handle,
which minimizes the heat transmitted through the handle.
*It is recommended to wear gloves during long cooking periods.
*Be cautious as prolonged exposure to high temperatures may cause silicone deformation.
Please be aware.
POINT 2
Prevention of Overflow
Steam Vent Finish

POINT 3
Premium Material
Made with 316 Stainless Steel
What is 316 Stainless Steel (316 STS)?
Comparison of 316 STS and 304 STS
304 STS
- Nickel 8~10.5%
- Chromium 18~20%
316 STS
- Nickel 10~14%
- Chromium 16~18%
- Molybdenum 2~3%
316 stainless steel is a premium material that boasts excellent corrosion resistance and acid resistance due to the addition of molybdenum (Mo), as well as high temperature strength.
It is used in medical instruments, implants, artificial joints, and aircraft parts.
Not all stainless steels are the same.
There are lower-quality products
using 200 series stainless steel,
and the commonly seen
304 stainless steel, as well as,
premium kitchen products like
Chefwin which use
316 stainless steel
and various others.
For Korean dishes with high salinity and acidity,
material with high corrosion resistance,
such as 316 stainless steel, is suitable.
316 stainless steel is used in medical instruments,
implants, and aircraft components, etc.
It is a premium material..

A strong and durable aluminum core is embedded in the center of the product to ensure the product’s resistance to deformation, such as warping, at high temperatures. It is constructed with an integrated 5-layer design for enhanced strength.
POINT 4
Thick and Heavy.
[Image: Close-up of a shiny metal pot handle attached to a stainless steel pot]
Chefwin 20cm Stainless Pot is
Not just the bottom, but the entire body
with a 5-layer structure and a thickness of 3.5mm
thick.
This is due to its construction.
After cooking in both the coated pan and stainless steel pan
turn off the heat simultaneously to compare heat retention
Do you feel the difference in heat retention between the
thin coated pan and Chefwin stainless steel pan?
High thermal conductivity and heat retention
are very important factors in creating
more delicious dishes..
POINT 5
Spot welding handle
[Image: Close-up photo of a stainless steel pot's handle and upper rim, showcasing its metallic texture and finish]
Chefwin products are seamless
which allows for hygienic management
with a spot welding method.
The handles are attached this way.
[Image: Comparison of two frying pans. The left pan is old and stained with riveted handles, and the right pan is clean and new with a spot-welded handle.]
Riveted handle
Spot-welded handle
The rivet method that allows easy and quick attachment
is easy to make but can trap food or rust in the seams,
making hygienic management impossible.
The spot welding method adopted by Chefwin
is difficult and time-consuming
but is Chefwin's effort to create
better products.

Precautions for Use
- Stainless steel products cannot be used in the microwave oven.
- During or immediately after heat cooking, the product may be hot, so please be careful that children’s hands do not touch it while cooking.
- When using, place the container in the center of the heating device and adjust the flame so that the flame does not rise to the side of the product.
Washing Instructions After Purchase
Stainless steel products are treated with an anti-tarnish agent on the surface. Please be sure to wash the product as follows before use.
- Use a kitchen towel with vegetable oil such as cooking oil or an anti-tarnish cleaner to thoroughly wipe the product.
- After wiping, rinse with water and then use baking soda to wash the product.
Finally, wash with dishwashing detergent.
Care Instructions
- If a rainbow shine or white spots appear inside or outside the product after washing, it is a natural phenomenon caused by the reaction between the minerals in the food and the stainless steel during cooking.
- When mineral stains appear, put an appropriate amount of water in the container and add about 2 tablespoons of vinegar, then boil.
- On the outside, wipe with a cloth soaked in vinegar. After wiping, remove moisture and dry thoroughly.
