Lightly touch the power button to turn ON.

For '1.2.3.0' mode, we recommend using it twice a day for 30 minutes each time.

You may set the modes according to your needs depending on the situation.

Q. Is it okay to use it more than twice a day for 30 minutes each session?

Please adhere to the recommended time of twice a day, 30 minutes per session. Exceeding this time does not enhance the effect. Satisfaction with the product may vary depending on the individual.

Q. Are there any side effects?

Low-frequency current similar to bioelectric current flowing in the human body has no reported side effects based on various academic papers and clinical research results. (Temporary headaches, dizziness, or nausea may occur, but these typically disappear immediately upon stopping use.)

Q. Is this a medical device?

Sleep Ease Plus is not a medical device but a wellness electronic device. It helps with sleep improvement, focus enhancement, and stress relief, targeting wellness rather than medical treatment.

Q. Can I wear it while sleeping?

Sleep Ease Plus is designed for daily use and is recommended to be worn during daily activities. Wearing it while sleeping is not recommended.

Q. What is the charging cycle and usage time?

It takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes for a full charge from a discharged state. After a full charge, continuous use time is around 5.5 to 6 hours.

Q. Are there cases where I need to consult a doctor?
