Removing cable ties attached to silicone sleeves can damage the product. Be careful not to let sharp objects touch the product during removal. Damage caused this way is not eligible for exchange or returns.
Wash gently with a soft sponge and neutral detergent. Detergent fragrance may linger on silicone products, so we recommend using fragrance-free detergent.
Use a mixture solution in silicone containers, then wash and expose to sunlight for drying to remove odor and odor retention.
STEP 1
Fill silicone container with mixture solution for more than 4 hours.
How to make mixture:
1) Vinegar : Water = 1:1
2) Sugar : Water = 1:2
3) Rice water
STEP 2
Rinse with fresh water, then dry under external sunlight for 4 hours. Done!
Place in boiling water (if applicable for silicone product), disinfect by boiling for under 3 minutes, then dry thoroughly with sterile cloth or natural air to maintain hygiene.
