  1. How long is the expiration date?

    The room temperature products have an expiration of 5 months from the manufacturing date.
    (This is not based on shipment date, but manufacturing date)
    Products are shipped in order by manufacturing date, so please understand the expiration differences.

  2. What additional processing was added compared to previous refrigerated products?

    The sterilization method has changed.
    Jjangjuk baby food (room temperature) uses higher temperature and time than refrigerated products for sterilization.
    This better controls microorganisms.
    Therefore, these products can be stored longer at room temperature with much extended expiration date.
    (Expiration is roughly 5 months from manufacturing, longer than before.)

  3. Are there nutritional or safety differences compared to previous refrigerated products?

    Since sterilization temperature and time are extended, nutrients sensitive to heat may decrease slightly.
    However, safety is higher because harmful microbial growth is strictly controlled.
    These products enable room temperature storage and have extended expiration.
    Recommended for those requiring long trips or who have difficulty with refrigeration.

  4. How is freshness maintained without preservatives?

    Packaging is fully sealed and sterilized with high temperature and pressure, preventing microbial growth and maintaining freshness.
