1. Do you send the product after inspection?

We conduct a 24-hour test on all products during production. Since leakage may occur depending on the usage environment, please perform an air leakage test indoors before use.

2. How do I perform the air leakage test?

Please test by injecting air indoors and observing for 24 hours. This allows for accurate detection of even minor leaks, ensuring safe use.

3. The air is leaking out. What should I do?

If 20-30% of the air leaks out after injection over some time, please check if the air valve part is securely closed and then test again. If air still leaks, please contact customer service.

4. Is it okay to blow air with my mouth?

Although the product has safety certification, it may be harmful to your body. Therefore, we recommend using an air pump.

5. The finishing feels sharp to the touch.

If the finishing feels sharp, please carefully smooth it with scissors or a nail file to match the shape. The remaining fabric, even if roughened, will not easily tear or burst, so please keep this in mind.
