Q. Seam Line

In sizes Q (Queen) and above, seam lines may be visible due to the characteristic of fabric production. This is not a defect, so please consider this before purchasing.

Q. Seed Specks

Due to the nature of cotton fabric, black seed specks may be visible on the surface of the quilt. These are natural cotton seed specks that will come off automatically after washing and use.

Q. Slub Yarn

The fabric may include threads of different colors or thicknesses, which are woven into the fabric. We perform the most thorough inspection, but if any lumps are found, they can be easily removed with a pin. This is a characteristic of all fabrics.

Due to the nature of fabric production, natural parts may appear on the fabric itself. The product is thoroughly inspected before shipping, and exchanges or refunds are not accepted due to such characteristics.

LAUNDRY Washing Guide

• Do not machine dry or tumble dry
• Weak spin drying
• No bleach, use regular neutral detergent only
• Wash in cold water
• Use a laundry net

Please check the following to prevent damage when washing bedding products:

1. Upon receiving the product, please check thoroughly for defects or incorrect shipments. Products with signs of use or that have been washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. Excessive detergent use can cause color fading, fabric deformation, or product damage. Use only the appropriate amount of detergent for washing.
3. Soaking in detergent for a long time or washing and drying in a state with detergent residue may cause fading. Use of dyes or bleach may also damage the product.
4. For bulky bedding, a drum washing machine is preferred over a small-capacity top loader, which can cause the fabric to snag or tear. Please use a professional laundering service for delicate washing.
5. Using warm water may cause shrinking. It is best to wash in cold water.
6. If the product has a separate cover, unzip it and wash separately. For fillings like buckwheat hulls, remove and dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place, washing only the outer cover.
