Usage Instructions
Grilled Fresh Fish
Ingredients: 2g Ottogi Turmeric, 1 fish (mackerel, saury, Spanish mackerel, or cutlassfish), 2 tablespoons flour, cooking oil
Cooking Method:
- Clean and prepare the fish.
- Mix turmeric powder with flour in a 1:1 ratio and coat the fish evenly.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until done.
Pork Kimchi Stew
Ingredients: 1g Ottogi Turmeric, 200g pork, 400g kimchi, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 700ml water
Cooking Method:
- Put pork, kimchi, and minced garlic in a pot and stir-fry briefly.
- Add water, soy sauce, and turmeric; boil for about 20 minutes, then it's ready.
Beef Shank Braise
Ingredients: 1g Ottogi Turmeric, 300g beef shank, 10 ginkgo nuts, 1/2 onion, 5 cloves garlic, 70g soy sauce, 30g sugar, 30ml garlic infused oil, 1L water
Cooking Method:
- Peel the ginkgo nuts in advance.
- Cut the beef shank into good-sized pieces.
- In a pot, add beef shank, ginkgo nuts, onion, garlic, ingredients, and turmeric; boil for about 30 minutes until done.
Spicy Chicken Stew
Ingredients: 2g Ottogi Turmeric, 500g chicken, 1 potato, 1/2 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 3 green chili peppers, 8g red chili powder, 45g chili paste, 30g soy sauce, 15g sugar, 500ml water
Cooking Method:
- Boil well after washing the chicken (remove grease).
- Add ingredients and turmeric to the pot, boil until the soup is thick and cooked through (about 20 minutes).
Stir-Fried Pork
Ingredients: 2g Ottogi Turmeric, 300g pork, 1 onion, 1 scallion, 1 chili pepper, 2 teaspoons red chili powder, 1 tablespoon chili paste, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Cooking Method:
- Cut pork, onion, scallion, and chili pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix red chili powder, chili paste, sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic; toss with the meat and vegetables.
- Stir-fry the meat in a pan; once cooked, done.
Pickles
Ingredients: 1g Ottogi Turmeric, 1/3 radish, 1 onion, 400ml water, 300ml vinegar, 300g sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, some mineral water, black pepper
Cooking Method:
- Cut radish and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil water, vinegar, sugar, salt, and turmeric in a pot.
- Pour the hot mixture over the radish and onion in a container; after cooling for about 20 minutes in the fridge, it is ready to serve.
