Mung Bean Vermicelli Cold Noodles

  1. Boil the mung bean vermicelli in water for 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water and drain.
  2. Cut cucumber (30g), carrot (10g), and paprika (30g) into strips about 4~5cm long. Prepare shredded crab stick (36g).
  3. Mix the boiled mung bean vermicelli with vegetables, crab stick, and Ottogi mustard cold noodle sauce (45g).

* For more richness, add various ingredients such as onion, shrimp, chicken breast, etc. according to your preference!

Galbitang Noodle Soup

  1. Pour Ottogi Seoul-style boneless galbitang (450g) into a pot.
  2. When it starts boiling, add mung bean vermicelli and boil for about 3 more minutes to complete.
  3. According to taste, slice green onions (5g) and place on top as garnish.

Ottogi Recently Produced Sweet Potato Noodles 50g (2 packs), Green Onion 20g, Cheongpi Green Chili 10g, Red Paprika 10g, Yellow Paprika 10g, Carrot 10g, Ottogi Old-Fashioned Stir-Fried Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon

Seasoning Sauce:

1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1 tablespoon Ottogi Yangjo Vinegar Sauce, 1 tablespoon Jin Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon Ottogi Oligodang (a type of syrup), 1 tablespoon Sugar, ½ tablespoon Minced Garlic, ½ tablespoon Chili Powder, A little Ottogi Fragrant Sesame Oil

How to Make:

  • Boil Ottogi recently produced sweet potato noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse in cold water and drain well.
  • Measure and mix the seasoning sauce ingredients, then chop all the vegetables into thin strips.

Ingredients:

Ottogi Recently Produced Sweet Potato Noodles 100g (4 packs), Fish Cake 1 sheet, Cabbage 80g, Onion ¼ (medium), Green Onion ½ stalk, Perilla Leaves 3, Water ½ cup

Seasoning Sauce:

3 tablespoons Ottogi Oligodang, 2 tablespoons Gochujang, 1 tablespoon Chili Powder, 1 small tablespoon Minced Garlic, 1 tablespoon Ottogi Old-Fashioned Stir-Fried Sesame Seeds, A little Ottogi Ground Pepper

How to Make:

  • Boil the seasoning sauce with ½ cup of water in a heated pan.
  • Add chopped vegetables (excluding green onions and perilla leaves) and fish cake, then simmer until the broth reduces.
  • Add pre-boiled Ottogi sweet potato noodles and mix well.
  • Finally, add green onions, mix, transfer to a bowl, and top with chopped perilla leaves.

3. Dangmyeon Bulgogi (Sweet Potato Noodle Bulgogi)

Ingredients:

Ottogi Recently Produced Sweet Potato Noodles 100g (4 packs), Beef (Bulgogi-Slices) 200g, Onion 2 (medium), Green Onion 1 stalk, ½ pack King Oyster Mushrooms, Carrot 20g, Water 1 cup

Seasoning Sauce:

6 tablespoons Ottogi Mi Hyang Soy Sauce, 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon Ottogi Oligodang, 1 tablespoon Minced Green Onion, 2 small tablespoons Minced Garlic, 1 tablespoon Ottogi Fragrant Sesame Oil

How to Make:

  • Mix the seasoning sauce with the minced beef in a heated pan.
  • When the beef is about half-cooked, add onions and carrots and stir-fry together.
  • Add 1 cup of water and the seasoning sauce, bring to a boil, then add pre-boiled Ottogi sweet potato noodles and stir-fry.
