How to Eat

When eating freshwater clam soup, boil the broth in a pot so it doesn’t overflow. Before eating, add chives (for vitamin supplementation), dissolve doenjang (fermented soybean paste) into the broth and boil, or use broth if additional broth is needed. You may also add chili peppers or spicy chili powder according to your taste.

Cooking Instructions

• Put the pouch in boiling water and boil for 4 minutes to heat. (Do not cover the lid while boiling.)
• Open the product and pour it into a pot, then heat over medium heat for about 3 minutes before eating.
• Place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with wrap, and heat for about 5 minutes. (Do not microwave the pouch directly.)
