Generally, we recommend using it once a week. However, if your pet scratches their ears frequently or has severe ear debris, it is best to maintain consistent care every 2-3 days.

03. Does this product contain surfactants?

Pets have a near-neutral skin pH and thin skin layers, so strong cleansing agents may cause peeling or dryness.
