Due to the product’s characteristics of low moisture content, it is recommended to drink barley tea or water before and after eating to maintain hydration.

Since the product easily absorbs moisture, consume promptly after opening. If the snack becomes soggy, heat it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to restore crispiness.

The shape and size of the snacks are not consistent.

Pure Eat snacks are made without additives such as emulsifiers or acidity regulators. They are made only with heat and pressure, which may cause slight variations in the size and shape of each snack. However, the total quantity and the taste and quality of the snacks remain unchanged, so please feel assured when consuming them!

I'm curious about the expiration date.

The expiration period is from 10 months to 24 months from the manufacturing date. We send you the most recently produced products.

Is there no salt or sugar added?

The sugar or sodium indicated in the ingredients comes from the natural components of the raw ingredients such as brown rice, vegetables, or fruits used in our snacks. We do not add separate salt or sugar. (Some product groups are exceptions.)

Why is the food type labeled as seasoned seaweed when it says 100% seaweed radish seasoning?

According to the Food Labeling Act, since 2018, roasted seaweed is unified and labeled as seasoned seaweed. This standard has changed. It is not a labeling error. The 100% seaweed is roasted radish seaweed seasoning, so please feel safe!
