▶ How to Make Soybean Curds Powder Tea
1. Prepare fresh soybean curds.
2. Place a clean cloth on a dehydrator tray and spread it evenly, then proceed to dry.
3. Break up any clumped dried soybean curds by hand and roast in a frying pan to an appropriate level.
4. The degree of roasting affects the quality, so please roast while tasting.
5. Grind the well-roasted soybean curds finely in a grinder.
6. After sterilization in a sterilization room, pack into hygienic containers, 300g each.
