    Ready-to-eat products have a shelf life of 5 months from the manufacturing date. Products are shipped based on manufacturing date, not order date. Pre-manufactured products are shipped sequentially, so differences in shelf life may exist.

  2. What changes were made from refrigerated products?

    The sterilization method differs between refrigerated and ready-to-eat products. Ready-to-eat products use higher temperature and longer sterilization to better control microorganisms, allowing room temperature storage and greatly extending shelf life (approx. 5 months from manufacture).

  3. Are there differences in nutrition or safety compared to refrigerated products?

    Higher temperature and longer sterilization may reduce some heat-sensitive nutrients, but safety is higher than refrigerated products. Ready-to-eat foods enable room temperature storage, ideal for long trips or those who find refrigeration difficult.

  4. How is freshness maintained without preservatives?

    Products are sealed in a completely closed container and sterilized via high temperature and pressure. The container's air permeability keeps microorganisms inhibited and freshness maintained even without refrigeration.

    Pre-manufactured products are shipped sequentially; so shelf life differences can occur.
